I authorize Character Dresser.com (Character) to charge my credit card the total amount due as per my order. I affirm I have read the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on the website at CharacterDresser.com/FAQs and understand the process. If there is anything I do not understand, I am responsible to contact Character for clarification.
I agree I must have the child prepared for the visit as described in the companies FAQs as listed on the CharacterDresser.com website. If the child is not ready and/or an adult legal guardian for the child is not present or available, I understand the Character Dresser Royal Dresser (Dresser) will leave my order with me and may select the item choices for me and not have time to demonstrate any or all of my package items. I affirm I have read and will abide by the requirements for a Character appointment in my hotel, resort, timeshare, villa or private home which includes but is not limited to:
Allowing the Dresser to prop the door open to my room and demonstrate transformation near said open door.
All persons in the room, or house etc. will be fully clothed in appropriate attire.
An adult will be in attendance at all times with the child and/or children and will remain attentive by not taking phone calls or becoming distracted in anyway.
I have checked the Character sizing chart to ensure I am selecting and/or advising the correct size and have considered any additional growth that might affect the size. Character Dresser will at all times make their best effort to accommodate a date, time or location change. I understand I am responsible to:
Provide an accurate address of the location for the visit and that the address can be found using Google Maps.
Ensure the address for a visit is within a ten mile drive to a Walt Disney World or Universal Orlando theme park using Google Maps.
Provide the name under which I will be registered at the hotel, resort or timeshare or private house or villa rental.
Provide the room number to the email address Appointments@CharacterDresser.com as soon as I check in but no later than 4 hours prior to the visit time and reference my visit date and time, name and location.
Provide any gate code if required to gain entry into a private residence area or hotel, resort or timeshare.
Advise any guard gated private residence area of the Dresser as my visitor for area entry.
Provide a valid cell phone number to reach me while in the Orlando, FL area and acknowledge that Character Dresser may also text message and/or email me.
If I change locations, I understand I must provide the new location 4 hours prior to my visit to ensure I keep my visit. If I do not provide the new location, or the new location is not within a ten mile drive to a Walt Disney World theme park, I understand Character Dresser may either cancel my order and issue a refund less the appropriate re-stocking fee or select final items and ship the order to my billing address unless I provide an alternate shipping address (such as a new hotel).
To notify, I will send an email to Appointments@CharacterDresser.com and call the main number at 407.624.3030 and reach someone live or leave a message. I understand that the Character Dresser will make their best effort to arrive on time for my visit. If the Dresser has not arrived within 15 minutes after my scheduled time, I am to call the company at number 407.624.3030 to advise. If the dresser has not arrived within 45 minutes of my advising the company, due to no fault of my own and I do not wish to reschedule or have my order delivered via mail or courier, I shall be entitled to a full refund. I hereby agree if I am on a concierge level floor or a gated community or at certain resorts/hotels, I may be required to meet the Dresser in the main lobby or at the gate and escort them to the room, apartment, timeshare, villa or residence. Faults of my own include but are not limited to an incorrect address, no room number being provided and/or my hotel, resort, timeshare or private residence area denied access to Dresser and I do not respond to telephone calls and/or texts from my Dresser requesting entry escort. If I do miss the Dresser Visit, and I am not staying at a private residence, the Dresser may leave my items with the hotel in my name if they were pre-selected as long as the hotel confirms I am a guest still checked into the hotel. If I would like to reschedule another appointment, I may do so for a $25 fee, if one is available. If the hotel, resort or timeshare does not have me as a registered guest, Character Dresser will make every effort to contact me for up to 48 hours after the visit time to arrange for delivery. If I am unable to be reached and do not make contact, Character Dresser may cancel my order and issue a refund less the appropriate restocking fee as outlined herein or ship to my billing address at their discretion. If I do not advise of a private residence location change 4 hours prior to my visit, Character Dresser may cancel my order and issue a refund less the appropriate restocking fee or ship to my home address at their discretion. If I had arranged an appointment at a private residence and I miss the appointment, Character Dresser will make every effort to contact me for up to 48 hours after the visit time to arrange for delivery. If I am unable to be reached and do not make contact, Character Dresser may cancel my order and issue a refund less the appropriate restocking fee as outlined herein or select my final items and ship to my billing address at their discretion.
Order Items, Changes and Cancellation
If I did not select my desired package items, I am responsible to do so and/or advise size and clothing favorites at least 14 days prior to my scheduled visit and ensure I receive a confirmation email. In the case that I do not make my selections and/or advise size and clothing favorites 14 days prior to my visit time, Character Dresser cannot guarantee the selections will be available and I will have to select from available options. I understand I may cancel my order 14 days or more prior to my appointment and receive a full refund. If I cancel less than 48 hours prior to my scheduled visit, there will be a 25% cancellation and restocking fee deducted from my total order amount and the difference refunded, if any. There is no cancellation for less than 8 hours prior to my scheduled visit. In the case that I do have to cancel less than 8 hours prior to my scheduled visit, Character Dresser will reschedule the Royal Dresser visit if possible and if not they will ship/deliver my order. There will be no additional charge for shipping within the continental US. If I have an address outside the continental US I understand the shipping cost will be added to my order and billed to my method of payment. To cancel I must call during the hours of 9 am to 5 pm excluding weekends and US Federal designated holidays to receive a cancellation code and ensure I receive a cancellation email confirmation. If I do not receive a cancellation email within 24 hours, I will check my spam or junk email folders and if it is not found, call 1+407.624.3030 to re-confirm the cancellation and request another email be sent, until I receive one. Any refund due, less restocking and/or shipping fees, will be issued within 2 business days. I understand I may make changes to my order 14 days or more, prior to my scheduled visit. To do so, I must call during the hours of 9 am to 5 pm excluding weekends and US Federal designated holidays to change my order. Any changes requested less than 14 days prior will be accommodated, if possible.
I understand if I ordered any item that is noted as a special order item such as an adult size princess dress or specific boys outfit, there is no cancellation for those items. In the case of special order items, I may choose to have my order recalculated for the special order items total according to the individual item prices as noted on the website or select the rest of the items included in my package price (if applicable) and the items will be ship/delivered to me. There will be no additional charge for shipping within the continental US.
At times certain items may become unavailable. If one of my ordered items becomes unavailable, Character Dresser may substitute my item for a similar quality, cost or upgraded item. In the case of a specific princess dress not being available nor another version of similar or better cost or quality, I may cancel my order without being assessed a restocking fee.
I understand in order to take advantage of the 100% satisfaction guarantee refund policy, I must follow through with the Royal Dresser visit and that the princess for whom the visit was booked for is in attendance and I make contact while the Royal Dresser is there to request my full refund.
I authorize Character Dresser.com to charge my credit card for any additional items I may choose to purchase either online, via the telephone or during the Dresser visit. I understand that the same Changes and Cancellation policy applies to these additional items. If a dispute arises regarding any portion of my purchase including but not limited to fees, cancellations, or refunds, I agree to a third party mediation company operating in Orange County Florida, not associated with either myself or Character Dresser to determine any refunds if both parties cannot reach a mutual agreement.
Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement
I affirm I am an adult over the age of 18 placing/authorizing this order. I am fully responsible for the sizes I select and items ordered. I am also responsible to ensure a legal guardian is with the child during the visit and that the legal guardian is solely responsible for approving the demonstration transformation which includes application of any products. If I am unsure of any allergies or have any concerns, I will clearly advise the Dresser to not demonstrate application of said products. I hereby release, waive, and discharge the right to seek medical reimbursement or the legal prosecution of JABBB Marketing, LLC D.B.A. Character Dresser for any action related to the products I purchase or the demonstration of said products including but not limited to physical injury resulting from the use of said products. JABBB Marketing, LLC D.B.A. Character Dresser is a reseller of products produced by other companies and any dispute regarding products sold by or used by JABBB Marketing, LLC D.B.A. Character Dresser during the demonstration transformation will be directed to the original manufacturer. I agree I will immediately discontinue use of any item purchased and/or bonus item included in my package if I suspect, detect or are otherwise notified that there is an issue with any item. I hereby indemnify JABBB Marketing, LLC D.B.A. Character Dresser for any legal prosecution from physical injury resulting to myself, someone else or property damage from the items sold by JABBB Marketing, LLC D.B.A. Character Dresser. It is my express intent that this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement shall bind my family if I am alive and my heirs, assigns and personal representative if I am deceased. It shall be deemed as a release, waiver, discharge, and covenant not to sue JABBB Marketing, LLC D.B.A. Character Dresser or their independent contractors, officers, agents, employees, and affiliates.
